Email it.
Mabel's on it.
A personal assistant you reach by email. Forward a message or send a request, and a useful reply lands in about a minute. She only reads what you choose to share — no inbox sync, no plugins, nothing to install.
Three steps. No app to install.
No syncing of all your personal information. Just email, the way you already use it.
- 1
Forward or write
Send a message to ask@mabel.email from any inbox. Forward a long email to summarize, attach a photo, or just ask a question.
- 2
She works, privately
Your message is processed in isolation, then deleted once the reply is sent. Nothing else in your inbox is read, and no copy is kept.
- 3
A useful reply arrives
A direct, readable answer lands in your inbox — usually within a minute. Links and attachments when they make the answer better.
What you can ask
A representative sample. Mabel handles most everyday research, summarizing, and drafting — and politely declines what she can't do well.
Recipe — ingredients and steps, ready to cook. Research — a sourced list with booking links. Summary — a forwarded thread in three bullets.
She keeps it to herself.
Most assistants — human or otherwise — earn their keep by getting into everything. Mabel works the other way around. She only ever sees the note you hand her, and forgets it once she's replied.
- She reads only the email you forward — never the rest of your inbox.
- No keys to your mailbox: no connection, no permissions, no sync.
- Nothing to install — she works from whatever email app you already use.
- She doesn't keep your messages. She reads them to reply, then lets them go; only a short, editable note of your preferences stays.
- Your words are never used to train a model.
Forwarding is how you say yes. Everything else stays exactly where it is.
For people who'd rather not hand over the keys.

No form, no account. Send a note to ask@mabel.email and you'll get a reply that sets you up — the whole thing happens in your inbox, exactly like the product itself. We're in a small, invite-only beta, so we read every note by hand.
Email ask@mabel.emailTell us your name and what you'd use it for. We reply within a few days — your address stays with us, not shared, not sold.

A few you might be wondering.
How is this different from an inbox plugin?
Plugins generally need read access to your full inbox. Mabel has zero access to your mailbox. She only sees the specific message you forward; nothing before, nothing after, nothing else.
Do you store my emails?
No. Your message is processed only long enough to generate the reply, then its content is deleted. The one thing we retain is a short note of your preferences, which you can view or wipe anytime. See our privacy policy for details.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your messages are not used for model training, and we use providers under terms that prohibit training on your data.
What does it cost?
Free during early access. Pricing will be straightforward and announced before any charges begin.
